High-Quality Heaters

All our heaters are “Backersafe”, which means the immersion heater is isolated from the mains supply if the primary thermostat fails with the contacts closed. The standard low-cost primary thermostat has an additional reset button in series with the rod thermostat, meaning repairs and replacements can be made simply and efficiently if it fails.

Dispatch and Returns

All quoted rates apply to the UK mainland only, but we provide rates for other areas via email or telephone. Your heater should arrive via 1st Class post within 3 to 4 days of us receiving your order. If your heater does not match your requirements, please return UNUSED within 14 days, in its original packaging, for a full refund.
